The website is privately owned by Approved Defensive Driving, LLC, and is a for-profit Texas Company. In no way whatsoever are we representing The Texas Department of Public Safety.
Information required for purchase:
In order to purchase your Certified Type 3A Driving Record you will asked to provide the following. Please provide the information as accurate and complete. Errors may result in additional fees in order to complete the purchase.

Driving Records:
I understand the information I provide in my request must be complete and accurate without errors. Autofill must be turned off to avoid errors. Driving Records are emailed to purchasers during business hours only, Mon - Fri 8am-5pm PST. There are no refunds for fee(s) paid for Driving Records. The fee paid is premium in nature for convenience and ease of student. Any dispute of charge or payment will result in DES Certificate of Completion being revoked. Purchaser is responsible for reinstatement fee and all penalties.
Privacy Policy
Our company does NOT collect information outside of the required information to obtain a Driving Record. Furthermore, We DO NOT sell your personal information, nor provide it to any outside vendor, private organization without your expressed written permission.
Security Measures and Information
Our website and form information is encrypted by an SSL Certificate. All information is securely encrypted when transmitted during a purchase request. We do NOT save or store credit card information on our server for any reason. All financial data will be transmitted directly to a secure credit card processor and will not be stored nor handled by this service.
Incorrect Purchase Information
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to completely and accurately provide information for the purchase request. In the event the DPS rejects your request for a Driving Record you will be eligible for a full refund with 10 business days of the initial purchase. If false or misinformation is provided at initial purchase request you will NOT be eligible for a refund. A processing fee of $15.00 may be applied to any partial refund.
We are not responsible if the incorrect Driving Record is purchased by the Purchaser. Purchaser is not eligible for a refund if the incorrect Driving Record Type(s) is ordered.
Delivery Of Service
The Driving Record will be sent to you automatically via electronic mail to the e-mail address provided during the Purchase typically within 1 hour on business days, or within the first 5 hours of the following business day if purchase as made after normal business hours. We are not responsible for email input errors. If you provided an invalid email please contact us via email to make the correction.
Limitations of Liability
By use of this site you agree to hold Approved Defensive Driving LLC harmless.
